Casey is a former division one baseball player who graduated from Florida State University as a catcher. Growing up in Jacksonville, FL Casey won a state championship playing with local high school Providence. During the summer he spent his time learning and growing as a player with the Coastal Prospects. After having multiple injuries which prematurely ended his playing career Casey has switched his focus into developing athletes allowing them to reach their peak performance on the field. Throughout his career, he began to learn and educate himself on the human anatomy and physiology in efforts to become as strong, explosive and athletic as possible. After finishing baseball Casey spent extensive time with sports medicine professionals to continue his education and learn how to build a program that gives athletes the ability to maximize their potential by becoming bigger, faster and stronger by the use of strength training, conditioning and the nutrition that fuels your body. Casey prides himself in being able to build a program that will help others become the best athlete they can be while using a completely customized plan to enhance the safety and efficacy of each athlete using his programs and experience.
